Refund & Returns Policy


At KALBI, we are committed to providing high-quality stainless steel cookware and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.

Products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned with the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Shipping charges of return product will be given by you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Used products.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.
  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund will be completed within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
